3^rd GLORY OF THE PERSIAN GULF 2025

Dear Promotors, Managers and Coaches

 We are pleased to invite you and your esteemed organization to participate in the prestigious World Kickboxing Championship, "The Glory of the Persian Gulf 3," to be held in Tehran, Iran, in August. This competition will feature both men's and women's divisions, with multiple age and weight categories, and promises to be an exciting event celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and excellence in martial arts.

Terms and conditions:

Notice: please read the following points carefully

1. All fighters consist of:

Categories:

Women's Division:

• Junior fighters with weight ranges of: - 60 kg, - 65 kg
• Senior fighters with weight ranges of: - 60 kg, - 65 kg

Men's Division:

• Junior fighters with weight ranges of: - 57 kg, - 61 kg
• Youth fighters with weight ranges of: - 67 kg, - 71 kg
• Senior fighters with weight ranges of: - 76 kg, - 80 kg, - 90 kg, + 100 kg

2. Competition style is Thai Boxing K1 which means knee and back punch is allowed

Competition Terms:

1. With respect to I.R. Iran rules, all athletes applying for visa at the time of the requests, their visa should have THE EXPIRY DATE FOR 6 MONTHS. Having a valid passport is a “must” for all the competitors.
2. Athletes should get a health certificate from the doctor in their own countries in order to speed up visa application process.
3. Since Iran is hosting the event, two complete teams would participate in the event. We have already invited 14 countries to join the tournament. Subsequently, higher priority will be considered for the teams that, declare their readiness sooner.
4. Fighter’s information should be supplied one month before the competitions.
5. Team’s arrival time will be on 27 august 2025.
6. The weighting would be done on 28 august 2025 in the morning and in the afternoon (the event would be covered by media).
7. Opening ceremony and ladies tournament will be at the same day on 28-29 august 2025.
8. Gentleman tournaments will start on 28 July 2019 and will be finished on July 29 2019.
9. All teams can use the especial saloon for practicing (27-28-29 august 2025)
10. Each fight will have three rounds which will last 2 minutes with one minute break in between.
11. Closing ceremony will be held on 29 august 2025.
12. All participants are invited to join city tour on 30 august 2025.
13. Departure date will be on 30 august 2025.
14. All competitions will be covered by Medias.
15. The women's team must have a women's supervisor with them.

Competition Awards:

1. Champions prizes:

 Exclusive world cup belt 2025 (having WFC & UWKF & AIKIA‘s logos), cup, trophy, championship certificate for the champion.

 Runner-ups prizes:

 Cup, trophy, and championship certificate for the second individual.

Competition Cost:

The cost of airport transfers, hotels, and meals for the teams is the responsibility of the host.

*Hotel charges accommodation (4-star hotel), 20  Euro for extra night)

Referee Conditions:

1. The competition style would be Thai Boxing K1 rules (Relevant rules will be explained one night before competitions).
2. Due to Islamic republic of Iran rules, ladies tournament will be held in different place.

Fighters Equipment

1. Each team should supply following equipment’s for its members:

Fighters’ outfits, helmet, teeth guard, shin-pads, gloves (12 & 14 ounces), T-shirt, shorts, band, feet cover, groin-guard, chest protection (females)

2. T- Shirts will be provided by the organizing committee (free of charge).

General term and condition:

1. Kindly fill the forms which have been provided by organizing committee for competitors and their companions and send us relevant information along with their photos. Male fighters should also supply us with a fighting picture wearing their shorts.
2. A copy of the passports of the whole team members should be provided
3. Each Country would take part in the opening ceremony with their unanimous sports uniforms of their own countries with the countries' names.
4. Each Country should provide the organizing committee with their national anthem as well as two national flags full-size (one to be raised in the competition hall and the other one to carry with oneself on the opening ceremony).
5. Team members should have travel insurance.
6. Competition tables will be published before tournaments.
7. Press conference with team leaders will be coordinated.
8. A special memorial trophy from the Iranian organizing committee has been considered for team leaders
9. Participants will receive “Attendance Certificate”
10. Members of the embassy of the participating countries will be invited to watch the competitions as our VIP guests.
11. The national anthem of the winning team will be played in the competition hall as a sign of curtsey.
12. Organizing committee should be informed about any type of special disease that fighters might suffer.
