Technical and Tactical Course for Bushido Kyokushin Karate With the Participation of: - Founder and Head of the Style - President of the International IFSF Federation (Canada) - Head of the Referee Committee of the Organization - Head of the Education Committee of the Organization Objective: Enhancing participants' technical knowledge in both theoretical and practical domains, focusing on philosophical concepts, judging standards, and modern teaching methodologies. --- Detailed Schedule:
- Opening Ceremony (30 minutes)
- Speech by the Founder: Philosophy of Bushido Kyokushin and the importance of martial ethics (15 minutes). - Speech by the IFSF President: Global goals and vision for the style (10 minutes). - Course structure overview by the Head of the Education Committee (5 minutes).
- Theoretical Session (60 minutes)
- Session 1 (30 minutes): Philosophy and History - Founder: Core principles of Bushido, history of Kyokushin, and its connection to Japanese culture. - Historical slideshows and analysis of classic videos. - Session 2 (30 minutes): Judging Standards and Teaching Methods - IFSF President: Updates on international judging rules and recent changes. - Head of Education: Modern teaching techniques (technology integration, sports psychology).

- Practical Session (120 minutes)
- Warm-Up and Preparation (15 minutes) - Led by the Head of Education: Kyokushin-specific stretching and breathing exercises. - Kihon (Basics) Training (30 minutes) - Head of the Referee Committee: Precision in strikes (Tsuki, Geri), blocks (Uke), and stances (Dachi). - Kata (Forms) Training (35 minutes) - Head of Education: Advanced katas (Naidanchi, Sanchin) with emphasis on breathing and coordination. - Kumite (Sparring) Training (35 minutes) - IFSF President: Real-world combat techniques (Ippon Kumite), distance management, and scoring tactics.
- Special Demonstration by Masters (15 minutes)
- Founder and Head of the Style: Symbolic performance of an advanced kata or kumite.
- Evaluation and Q&A (30 minutes)
- Group performances of kata/kumite by participants, followed by immediate feedback from referees and trainers. - Q&A on theoretical and practical topics.
- Closing Ceremony (20 minutes)
- Participation certificates awarded by the IFSF President and Founder. - Group photo and acknowledgments.
